Every expected shard must match the manifest and provide its assigned
phenotype results. Multiple-testing correction is then applied once across
all successful associations.

Arguments
- config
A configuration path or normalized config object.
- manifest_path
Optional manifest TSV path.
- bundle_directory
Destination result directory. Defaults to the
configured output directory.
- overwrite
Replace any existing results in the destination.
Value
The combined phewas_result object.
