Phenotypes are sorted and assigned round-robin to the configured number
of shards. The manifest fingerprints the validated specification, input
files, package version, and exact target membership.
Usage
create_phewas_manifest(config, path = NULL, write = TRUE)
Arguments
- config
A configuration path or normalized config object.
- path
Output TSV path. Defaults to .phewasflow/manifest.tsv in the
configured output directory.
- write
Whether to write the manifest.
Value
A manifest data frame.
