Run the phewasFlow command-line interface

phewasflow_cli.Rd

This function powers the installed phewasflow executable. It is also useful for testing or embedding the same commands in another R process.

Usage

phewasflow_cli(args = commandArgs(trailingOnly = TRUE))

Arguments

args

Character vector of command-line arguments.

Value

Zero, invisibly, on success. Errors are signalled as R conditions.
