Relative paths in the file are resolved relative to the YAML file, not the
current working directory.
Usage
read_phewasflow_config(path, check_data = TRUE)
Arguments
- path
Path to a YAML configuration file.
- check_data
Also load the analysis table and validate the specification
against it. Set to FALSE for a quicker structural check.
Value
A normalized phewasflow_config list.
