A ggplot returned by a phewasFlow plotting function.
- filename
One or more destination image or PDF paths.
- width, height, units, dpi
Passed to
ggplot2::ggsave().- audit_file
Optional JSON path for the plot's selections and source data summary.
- ...
Additional arguments passed to
ggplot2::ggsave().
