Validate a phewasFlow configuration

Usage

validate_phewasflow_config(config, config_path = NULL, check_data = TRUE)

Arguments

config

A list returned by yaml::read_yaml() or a normalized config.

config_path

Optional source YAML path used to resolve relative paths.

check_data

Whether to validate the specification against the analysis data in addition to checking metadata and paths.

Value

A normalized phewasflow_config list.
