The archived June 2020 release reports evaluations of cancer polygenic risk scores in the Michigan Genomics Initiative (MGI) and UK Biobank.
This release includes more than 305 filtered scores across more than 39 retained traits.

The portal includes score definitions, performance results, phenome-wide associations, phenotype mappings, and downloads. Use it to compare candidate cancer scores or reproduce the evaluation reported in the 2020 paper.
Release date
This is the June 8, 2020 release. It remains unchanged so the portal and downloads continue to match the published analysis.
