Three archived releases
- Cancer PRSweb covers more than 305 filtered scores across more than 39 retained traits in its June 2020 release.
- ExPRSweb covers more than 336 filtered scores across more than 28 retained exposure traits in its November 2021 release.
- Skin Cancer PRSweb is the original June 2019 catalog of 20 scores across four traits.
The archived releases remain unchanged, so their pages and downloads continue to match the corresponding papers.
Data behind the portal
PRSweb publishes score files and result tables, not participant-level data from the Michigan Genomics Initiative or UK Biobank.
When reporting results, cite the paper associated with the specific release you used.
No collection-wide reuse license is stated for the portal artifacts. Terms attached to the source score models may also apply; contact the maintainer before redistributing portal files.
